Kelly is amazing! I very much recommend her!
She seemed kind, but after a few emails back and forth she quit replying. A simple "I don't feel we are a good fit" or "My practice is full" I feel would have been more professional and made it so I didn't feel left on the hook, or like I didn't deserve a response. Things happen, but this is a sensitive topic and I feel clear communication is very important.
