I have been thoroughly disappointed since I moved in the very first day July 31 and it hasn't even been 60days yet! I deleted my last post because I thought perhaps I was being to harsh but no I was being honest. I lived here from 2019 to 2024 when it was Hampton Roads Crossing and I loved the staff. Awful apartment management with no communication and no professionalism.
Wow, what can I even say? Before this complex was bought by Asset Living everything was great. Unfortunately since the transition, there have been increased and non negotiable fees for things such as their “trash service” which multiple night throughout the week will leave piles of garbage bags out overnight outside of residences - not near the trash area. They have not transitioned well with the RPP program (attention military peeps) and for the first several months we were unable to pay our water/sewer charges until the re... read more
