I was at this property for 5 yrs when it was under Hampton Roads Crossing. I came back after a year gone in 2025 because my daughter and I loved it before. I moved out the end of July 2026 under the new management. Things did get better after I moved in and issues were addressed, but I had to resort to making a not so nice review in order to expedite that process. We did enjoy our stay after that. I rarely leave reviews, but as a military spouse with three little ones who had to sign a lease sight-unseen from afar, I feel a strong duty to warn other families before they sign a contract here. If you value a clean, functional, and pest-free environment, look elsewhere. This property is heavily marketed as luxury, but it is far from it. Our unit was absolutely not move-in ready.
