Every time I come in or call, they greet me with a smile and go above and beyond to make sure everything is handled. They really create a positive and welcoming environment, and it doesn’t go unnoticed. Definitely happy to be able to do great business with them
The office staff can be rude and are non-compliant to their own rules and procedures; and DO NOT RESPECT YOUR PRIVACY AT ALL. In the email attached, they have in bold green letters, that you will be notified of the date windows your unit will be accessed by maintenance, this NEVER happens. They ALWAYS take the liberty to allow maintenance to enter your home at their own discretion. Makina has been amazing, super professional, kind, and helpful the entire time. She answered all of my questions, kept me updated, and made the whole process feel easy and stress free.
