Put in a maintenance request for my dryer not working, issue was never resolved even though task was marked completed.
I’ve been a resident here for a little over two years now I have never seen the ground in such disrepair. I’m a dog owner as are many of my neighbors, but I’ve never had to restrict my dogs from walking in the grass due to dog owners who do not pick up after their dogs, the dog park is filthy most times as dog owners don’t seem to believe they need to pick up in there either so I’ve dubbed it the litter box Also, the breezeways are absolutely filthy. I have been thoroughly disappointed since I moved in the very first day July 31 and it hasn't even been 60days yet! I deleted my last post because I thought perhaps I was being to harsh but no I was being honest. I lived here from 2019 to 2024 when it was Hampton Roads Crossing and I loved the staff.
