Bad communication between office, maintenance, and resident. If you put in a maintenance request they don't set up a time with the resident, a simple email or phone call would do the trick... instead you just have to hope that they'll show up to your unit soon, could be today but could be next week who knows??? When you call,the office people have a tone as if you're a big inconvenience and can't even give you a ball park time frame, to me that screams miscommunication between maintenance and office staff. I moved here when it was still called Hampton Roads Crossing. I would give that company a 10/10. They fixed your issues, built personal relationships with tenants and always had fun things going on around the property. They sold the property in January and it’s been downhill from there. There was a time they didn’t even have a manager in office to express my concerns to. I came home one day to a large hole in my wall with pipes showing. My AC stopped working so I called and left a voicemail and when I didn’t get a response, I followed up a couple hours later with a email. Maintenance did come out and fix the issue later that afternoon. However, being that I left a voicemail and sent an email, it would have been nice to receive a text/email/call to “acknowledge my request was received”. The maintenance guy was very professional
