Our maintenance team always provide excellent service.
Bad communication between office, maintenance, and resident. If you put in a maintenance request they don't set up a time with the resident, a simple email or phone call would do the trick... instead you just have to hope that they'll show up to your unit soon, could be today but could be next week who knows??? When you call,the office people have a tone as if you're a big inconvenience and can't even give you a ball park time frame, to me that screams miscommunication between maintenance and office staff.
