This facility is top notch. It has everything! Tennis, pool, cardio, strength great trainers and group exercise classes. I love the variety of classes from yoga, barre to H.I.I.T and cycling. It is truly a community gym. I especially love the massage and steam and sauna. The best Bainbridge has to offer. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I also work there and love my job!

Enjoyed participating the Silver Sneaker Classic class .Facility is clean and well maintained. Also met with friendly members.
Castor is amazing! I'm just getting back to the gym and having him there to train and guide me is so helpful. He keeps the exercises safe but pushes me and encourages me.
Just signed up and really like the amenities. I heard new equipment is on the way so looking forward to the latest greatest.
