I couldn't be happier with choosing John for my home inspection. The entire process, from scheduling to receiving the final report, was a pleasant experience. John was extremely thorough, polite, and took the time to answer my questions in detail. The final report was informative, simple to understand, and allowed me to easily identify items to be addressed now as well as things that may need to be addressed down the road.

We used John for a new build in Georgetown and everything went fine, so we decided to use him again when we moved to Lexington. Long story short, he did not see that the gutters were clogged, even through he uses a drone to inspect the roof (he never got on the roof himself to see). Had a rainstorm while we were doing renovations and the gutters overflowed and caused thousands of dollars of damage in the basement. As a first time home buyer, I would highly recommend Mr. Bain. He was knowledgeable, took his time to answer all my questions, and is extremely kind and respectful. A full detailed report was delivered to us the same day and was very easy to follow.
