October, 2024 - Bi-annual service call, and glad to see OCL is still with the company; as always, he is exceptional at his job, answering my many questions in an easy to understand way, being courteous and efficient, and just a great person in general. I’ve been getting oil from Bain for over 20 years. My Trane A/C unit just gave up the ghost last week and they installed a new one on Thursday. The technicians did a great job. They arrived on time and cleaned up after the job. One thing to note - The thermostat was not turning off at first. It was set at 76 but once it reached 76 it still did not turn off.
