Great company they deliver oil. The girls in the office are always nice. I highly recommend them.
Driver came out and didn't check if i had any heat at all, didn't even come in the house. Super unprofessional since the last time he came (just about a week ago) he came in and made sure me and my family had heating. guess he didn't have time at 3pm on a friday. Company then wants $160 just to come out and see what's the issue with my heat, when they were here to do the same thing they did last time. THEY HAD 5 STARS. I WAS AN OIL CUSTOMER FOR OVER 15 YEARS, NOW, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! My Trane A/C unit just gave up the ghost and they installed a new one on Thursday, October 3, 2024. The technicians did a great job. One thing to note - The thermostat was not turning off at first. It was set at 76 but once it reached 76 it still did not turn off. Finally after two hours of it steadily blowing cold air my husband took off the face plate. The air immediately turned off.
