Recently had Bain install complete HVAC system to replace my very old system. I quoted numerous HVAC companies in central Arkansas prior to deciding on Bain. Chris was honest, did not try to upsell and had some of the best pricing. His crew showed up on time when promised and had new AC and furnace installed within 6 hours. He came out in the pouring rain without hesitation to fix my outside unit, and his professionalism and dedication were truly impressive. We had our furnace and AC system replaced by Bain in November of 2022, and at the same time asked them to install a Honeywell HM750 wholehouse humidifier to mitigate the dry indoor air during the winter months. We were very happy with the installation and integration of all three system components, and we have been happy ever since with how the systems are performing all year long. I had an AC unit issue so I called Bain to help resolve it. They were here very quick and resolved the issue. Overall a great experience. Prompt, friendly, and fair. I had my unit replaced a few years ago and had received a quote from Bain then, but decided to choose another company. I now wish I would have chosen Bain! I will be using them from now on.
