I had an AC unit issue so I called Bain to help resolve it. They were here very quick and resolved the issue. Overall a great experience. Prompt, friendly, and fair. I had my unit replaced a few years ago and had received a quote from Bain then, but decided to choose another company. I now wish I would have chosen Bain! I will be using them from now on.
