When they make a billing mistake or insurance claim which violates their own contract (as verified by the insurance provider) they remain rude and combative without any acknowledgement or apology for their mistakes. I generously gave 1 star because they did finally correct the bill. Attempt to blame insurance companies for not caring about the patient - "but they do", while one has paid out thousands and the other received thousands??? I had a crown put on a top tooth and there was a gap between the crown and tooth beside it. Requested for my x-rays and exam to be sent to another dentist, and was told for 2 days they would send them. They never sent the records.
This was my initial visit to Bain Carrollton, and it was a good one. It was highlighted by the very sweet and professional hygienist Sara. She explained everything she was doing and my teeth feel so clean! I will be back.
The worst experience in a dental office I have ever had. The entire office is dated and looks old. It took an hour and a half for them to ONLY complete the x-rays and I didn’t even see the dentist. She said they didn’t have time to clean my teeth? But you did and you waisted it doing the most basic job there. Carrollton has too many dentist to choose this one.
$600 to pull a tooth. If they hadn't moved into the building in villa rica, they could still be reasonably priced. I'll never go back, for damn sure.
