I'm an 80 year old woman that needs professional help when a plumbing or heating challenge pops up in my home. Bain Plumbing & Heating alway respond quickly, treats older women with great respect and treats them fairly and with dignity. Phil is a master plumber who is excellent at what he does. He has been to my older home a number of times, and has always, fixed the problem completely and professionally. I highly recommend Bain Plumbing & Heating!

Called to verify if previous work was done at our home and get new work done and was greeted with terrible attitude and granted no help. Seems they don't want to work or help.
Poor communication and even worse attitude
He was fast at responding. He got started right away. He was there when he said he would be and worked until it was done. He honored his quote. At the end of the project he needed an electrician to help but had a hard time getting one to come over with him. He called everyday to keep us updated and still had the whole job done in a week even with the delays.
