I have to give you a shout out! A couple months ago we had BailTek come out to clean our carpets. The guys were absolutely professional and personable. A couple weeks later our basement flooded due to our water table being really high in our area and lots of flooding going on around town. We called BailTek again (this was a Saturday) because we had such a great experience the first time, and they came out within a few hours to help with pulling up water, tearing out carpet pads, bring fans and a commercial dehumidifier. The crew worked diligently to remove my pet stain and offered tips to extract it out of the carpet next time it happens...which of course it will since we have 2 dogs!
I would highly recommend Bailtek! We’ve used their services for carpet cleaning and scotch guard, tile/grout cleaning and seal, and air duct cleaning. Bailtek is super professional, thorough and efficient!
They did an outstanding job on our home. Even got out the stains that I thought were going to be there forever. We were slightly over charged based on the price on got over the phone but received the refund check in the mail within two days of letting them know. We will certainly use them again.
We recently had our carpets and recliner cleaned. Bailtek did an awesome job with both, they even got out stains in the recliner that we didn’t think would be removed! The staff is very friendly and super easy to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer them or use them next time we need cleaning!
