I had visited and purchased a dozen flowers last week, the owner assisted. The price $15. No bouquet, no fillers, just a dozen. This week I went in to purchase, saw the owner who was in a tither about “making cupcakes” and prepping for an event the flower shop had. An associate assisted me. The associate discreetly asked the owner the price. She wrapped the dozen and I then asked her the price, $24. I mentioned that the owner helped me the week before and sold the same for the $15. I am not local to the area, and needed flowers delivered quickly. I ordered an arrangement online and received a phone call shortly after I placed my order. Carol informed me that the flowers I ordered were not fully bloomed and suggested some alternate additions to create a beautiful arrangement. I appreciated that they called me quickly and informed me of alternatives. Truly great customer service. Thank you!
