Atavia is super duper sweet and very knowledgeable
When I first moved here, the property was nice and management was great. Over the years, the quality has declined mainly due to poor management. Rent increases by $20 every time the lease is renewed, with no updates or improvements made to the apartment units. The water is also shut off frequently for hours at a time, sometimes every other month, which is very inconvenient. I like my apartments no problems at all I like it over there. I stay there for a year really nice specially the area it’s in
RUN the roaches are horrible it’s an infestation in this apartment complex. They don’t do anything about it they don’t send pest control only in “ selective “ apartments when it should be every apartment since being charged for it!!! They cut the water off for no reason and they don’t remodel the flooring before moving a tenant in ! And the maintenance is slow when repairing is needed.
