The staff was helpful and professional but this AI system is trash. I don’t appreciate driving across town for a scheduled tour, with confirmation, just to be informed that the next available unit to view is the same day the apartment is available for move in. A complete waste of my time.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! if I could give ZERO stars I would !!! RENT FLUCTUATES EACH MONTH !! They have roaches !!! Not all apartments come with washer and dryer hook-up or microwave !!! The pool is unusable !!! Apartments are small !!! Parking lot is terrible will mess your car up!!! They make you pay extra for valet trash that no one comes and pick up each week!!! I’m young & thought these apartments would be lovely to stay at but the managers are always being so lazy never in the office and always on a dang lunch break!!! && the pool opened late closed early ash AND WE PAY FOR THIS MIND YOU! Just sm living here! I wouldn’t do it again
❗⚠️CAUTION⚠️❗Filthy property! Honestly the dirtiest established I've ever witnessed with my own two eyes. Apartment manager said and I quote "we're not allowed to clean those" when I mentioned the layer of grime covering the washers and dryers. "Gym" equipment broken and unusable, pool closed only two days after opening, infested with bugs, painted over years of grime, and carpeted over small objects.
