The positive reviews are fake and written by management.I wouldn’t recommend these apartments whatsoever. The rent was advertised as 689 and I never paid that. Every month my rent ended up being $800. The apartments a ran by a very greedy management company they charge excessive fees for everything. The apartments look nothing like they advertised my apartment was dirty when I moved in my cabinets and stove were old, did not come with a washer dyer hookup or microwave as advertised. DO NOT MOVE HERE IDC HOW CHEAP THE RENT IS ITS CHEAP FOR A REASON!!! if I could give ZERO stars I would !!! First and foremost they don’t even let you see the apartments before moving in HUGE RED-FLAG!!! RENT FLUCTUATES EACH AND EVERY MONTH !! They have roaches !!! When I first moved over here it was nice and management was great but as the years has gone by it has gotten worse and worse with poor management. They raise the rent 20$ everytime you renew your lease with no new updates in the apartment units. They always cut the water off for hours every other month.
I absolutely love westwood village. I have been here quite a while and Samantha is always excited to help. I cant say enough great thinhs.
