Recommended5 Stars...I’m retired and in all my years I have never met anyone like Jim Bailey before. This man and his staff always go “above and beyond “ what you would expect. There work is top notch and his prices are very fair. They will never try and sell you something you do not need. You can do business with them and trust the work will be done right.
Kindness and professionalism from first contact with Melissa on the phone, to meeting with Jim Sr in person helping me get our belongings out of the car. Every person I talked with immediately asked if everyone was OK and was genuine about it. Perfect example of a family run business. I hope I don't need their services again anytime soon, but if I do I know who to use. Thank you Bailey team!

Huge Thank you to Jim for his above and beyond service when my 34ft RV shredded a tire on busy Rt. 93. Not an easy task to replace the inside tire when it was brutally hot and humid. Jim was pleasant and respectful, and as he went along with repairs was informative, teaching me a few things to keep an eye on. When it turned out the spare was bad and not safe to complete my commute, Jim escorted me to a reputable tire store. If ever stranded again, I will make sure AAA calls Bailey's Towing first and definitely recommend this... read more
