Came in last night for Prime Rib special. Ordered medium-rare. Plate came out and looked a bit rare - which is usually okay for me. Cut into meat - very tough. Placed it in my mouth - ice cold. Waiter apologized (nice guy) and said he would fix it. Brings plate back five minutes later... It looks better and is no longer stone cold, but is the toughest piece of meat I ever had. Bailey's has been a favorite since I first went there close to 15 years ago and, as of last night, still does not disappoint. We were seated immediately. Our server was excellent and attentive. Appetizers, dinner and dessert (which I had to take home because I was so full. Lol) were excellent. Steaks cooked to perfection. The mulled cider was delicious. I'd go there every week if I could. So, needless to say, I look forward to next time. I recommend Bailey's highly.
great steak and great service.i came all the way from Ireland to visit the best part of the usa where I had worked when I was a student. the staff in baileys are very professional and very friendly . they will tell you all about the poconos and help you with your holiday. they said they would come to Ireland ballycastle to see the game of thrones.
Thank you Bailey's for the Cole slaw dessert sundae I requested since my side never came with my meal. The whipped cream almost made the obviously out of fresh date slaw a bit more palatable...

We ate here for our first time last night. Made reservations and got seated as soon and we got there. The hosts asked if we preferred inside our outside, we chose inside and she sat us beside a huge family that was so loud we could hardly hear each other! Not to mention we had to share our waitress with the huge group which meant we waited extremely long for our meals, drinks and bill! The food wasn't bad but I've had better! Don't think we will be returning if we are back in the area again.
Service was slow. Food was good. My burger was cooked as ordered. Their salad bar needs help!
