Bailey did excellent work 8 years ago replacing our roof due to hail damage. I contacted John 1-12-2024 specifically asking if they repair leaks. Doug came out a week later to do roof maintenance to hopefully remedy the leak. Still had a leak. Took two weeks for him to return. He thought replacing some previously missed bent nails would remedy the leak. It didnt. For two weeks Doug wouldnt answer any calls or texts other than to say he would call shortly but never did knowing we have had multiple torrential downpour... read more
