I highly recommend this company. They replaced my parent's roof back in 2017 and did an awesome job. Nick, the owner responds quickly and the price is reasonable. Also, his team are respectful and work hard.

Nicholas and his team are still the absolute best! They completed a full roof replacement for us in June and the finished product is stellar. Huge projects like this are always nerve wracking, but Nicholas put us completely at ease. We were in need of a new roof as we discovered a leak on the last rainfall in the Spring of 2026. We called several roofing companies and received several quotes. Nick was very professional and had the experience and answers to all of our questions. We have water solar on the front of the house and electric solar on the back of the house. Great contractor to work with! Nick Bailey communicated and kept me up to date throughout the entire process. His crew was kind and courteous and extremely hardworking. They cleaned up each day and did a great job of maintaining a safe and clean jobsite at my home. They did run into some unforeseen conditions with the underlayment/plywood that was 60 years old, thin and brittle. This is the second time we have used Baileys Roofing and we are so happy with the results. Previously we had a roof tile repaired and they came out right away in the rain to fix it! So thankful! This time we had our gutters cleaned, we had several leaks in the gutters that were patched and the downspout recut to fit against the home. Nick with Baileys roofing was very easy to get a hold of and the company is very professional. We would recommend them to anyone with roofing needs!
