We had a pool guy that was leaving the state and Baileys took over the service. Very professional at first with emailed pictures and online invoicing until they started to neglect our pool. Our pool was growing algae and they didn’t add enough chemicals to stop it. We were having people over for Mother’s Day and our pool was embarrassing, we called to get someone out to help and they told us to go buy our own stuff to shock the pool and fix it ourself. Very pleased with the professionalism yet personal service.
Just moved to California and Bailey’s pool service was the only company( out of 10 I called) to be quick in response. The staff are very respectful, great with my dogs and kids. This companies communication skills are excellent and and the pool service they provide is more than awesome. They were able to clear up my green algae problem and even showed me how my system worked.
I had an issue that my current pool service company couldn't sort. Bob came right over and fixed it for a reasonable cost. I highly recommend.
Absolutely transformed my pool! 16 years of use and hard water had taken a toll on my pool tile and stone. I am so happy to see it restored to how it looked all those years ago. Bob was terrific to work with. I called and he came out immediately to take a look. His price was fair and we scheduled the work. I highly recommend Bob and his team. He is extremely knowledgeable and his work is top notch!!
