If there was a option for no starts they would get that. I bought a 2019 ram 3500 from paulbaileys brand new off the lot. I love the truck. Unfortunately I had water getting into my cabin air filter box. I brought it in for repair. When they opened up the filter box water drained onto the floor. I had an oil leak and problem was identified within 45 minutes and fixed the same day. People who work there were helpful, polite and knowledgeable.
