Absolutely the worst experience ever. Bailey's installed a brand new furnace and air conditioner after our house was destroyed by a tornado. They failed to run vents into two of the rooms in our house and had to come back and try to fix add them, it didn't work and the bathroom is freezing in the winter and hot now in the summer. Last week air conditioner stopped working and they told us they would not do the warranty work. They were too busy and we should call another HVAC business. Zero stars from us if we could.

I would give these people zero stars if I could. I called because their ad in my phone book said "Free Estimates" which I foolishly took to mean that they'd give me a free estimate on what repairing my AC would cost. Two men came out looked at the unit for awhile using a scrub brush on something, then they told me that I owed $117.50 for the service call and the part that they had changed.
