We have been coming to Sanibel for 31 years and we love � shopping at Baileys General Store. The employees are friendly and willing to help you find items you want to buy.You can get anything you wish under one roof, from Hardware to all the food items you need.
Love this grocery store. Fantastic bakery love their meat dept. and prepared food area . Great friendly staff also !

Was there yesterday for a few things. It is a bit expensive but it's to be expected on Sanibel island. Everyone there was friendly & it was a decent sized store. Clean and well laid out.
Everyone at Bailey's is so wonderful, kind, caring, hard working, and they do everything they can to do whatever you need!!! They are always happy to do anything for you even ship their amazing Salsa over 1,300 miles away!! Thank you we appreciate you all!!!
