I live across the country in California but have fond memories of time spent on the Island and visits to Baily's General Store!
Love it also but their music (oldies) was what we enjoyed the most. New system can't be heard and they don't play oldies
Bailey's is the Best grocery store on Sanibel Island! Very community focused, friendly staff and delicious bakery!
