I was driving across the nation when my less than 1 year old Subaru developed a harsh metal on metal grinding sound. After receiving ZERO help from the local Subaru dealer, I called Bailey's Garage and they were able to diagnosis my issue over the phone in less than 15 minutes. I took my car in to them and sure enough their diagnosis was correct, 5 minutes later, I was back on the road.
Updated review: Been using for 5 years: still awesome, highly recommend. Keeps my Subaru in tip top shape.
Bailey is undoubtedly the best at what he does. His shop is fairly priced, and he is as honest as they come. I have and will continue to bring him all my vehicles for year to come. I highly recommend Baileys garage!!

SHAWN IS A SUBARU MAD SCIENTIST!!!! Recently moved here from another state, where Subaru competence was absolutely non-existent. As a result, I had to wait until the move to hopefully find a mechanic that truly had knowledge and experience in the Springs area. Shawn FAR exceeds my expectations--he knows these cars entirely, and has no problem sharing his knowledge. His prices are incredibly fair and his work is beyond ethical.
