I walked into Bailey's after having a terrible experience at a different jewelry store. I needed to get my engagement ring appraised. I also needed to design and purchase a set of earrings. As soon as I walked into Bailey's I was greeted with a smile and warmth. I've mostly been helped by Cindy who has been so helpful through the whole process. The sales lady was very friendly and attentive. The jeweler was able to size my ring the day my husband purchased it for my 60th birthday. We were from out of town and they called and texted me when it was ready. The service was beyond my expectations. I will definitely be visiting again!
