Been buying from there for years. Last 2 times the andouille was not as good as usual....
Don't get much better than this. Beats traveling all the way to Lafayette.
You're not I guess if you're not LaPlace Bailey's has the best on gioi andouille sausage and smoked sausage around I give Bailey's 5 out of 5 stars
Very friendly service and the best andouille and hog head cheese in Laplace. And out of LaPlace for that matter. Would recommend Bailey’s to anyone!!

Best andouille anywhere, the tasso is also excellent. Haven't tried everything else, but I can't imagine it would be anything but top quality. They'll ship, too!
