I always go there to get my Andouille. Love the variety of smoked meats. They are always so kind and courteous! Been shopping there for years and even though I love in Thibodaux I still go back there for my gumbo fixings!
We have been buying from Bailey’s for many years. We live near Ft Worth Tx and travel to New Orleans usually twice a year. We always stop and buy enough andouille sausage to last us between trips. It is guaranteed to be the best andouille sausage you will ever eat.
