Extremely rude service and poor communication skills. I had an appointment for a simple tire change and was quoted a price I felt reasonable, after waiting over an hour for a job that I was told was gonna be 20mins tops. Also the rate went up $30 after I made a complaint about the wait time. Won't be coming back!!!

We’re traveling through Lander this morning, and have a tire going flat. I found this place on Google and went over there..The guy says it’s gonna be two hours before he can change the tire going flat.. 2 hours? So we ask for another tire place in town, he tells us about X-pert tire about 1 mile farther.. so off we go, and they were experts!! Recently had new tires installed, I’ve been a Michelin or Goodyear fanboy. Kassie recommended the Toyo High Country, and they are good tires, grippy, smooth, good in the snow and nice and quiet. Perfect choice! The service was outstanding as well. Thank you Bailey Tire!
