I came to Bailey may 8 2024, I had a botched cut and color that I had let grow out, she was able to give me an over all color and highlights and my hair looked beautiful and healthy again! June 12,2024 I had my first hair transformation! She gave me beautiful long 30 inch hair, sew in and k tips, she blended my short hair perfectly and no one was the wiser! I received services with Bailey in July and August 2024. My hair was bleached three times in one day despite my voiced concerns, which left me with severe breakage nearly to the root. When I raised concerns afterward, they were dismissed, and at my next move-up appointment that I kept to give her a second chance, my hair was not properly examined despite my direct requests.
