My experience with Bailey Real Estates Investments LLC/DiscountVacantLand is negative. I had expressed interest and made it clear on moving forward with a land purchase. An appointment date was set to start the paperwork process, but when the appointment day arrived, I didn't receive a call. I followed up a week later only to find out that the property of interest was offered to another buyer. The company's business practices are unethical and very unprofessional.

They considered my 40 acre property for a day or 2 and come back with an insulting low offer less than half what other similar groups have offered. Not even close to half of market value.
