This is a horrible property management company that hustles money from people through the use of apps like AirBnB. I would strongly encourage you to reconsider before engaging with this company. Rented a home that they were managing for $1K per night only to find the master bedroom infested with fleas. After inquiring with the company, I was told that 2 exterminators advised that they were gnats not fleas because AirBnB would've required a full relocation/ or refund if fleas were present as it is deemed an unsafe environment... read more
