doesnt answer the phone
I sent two emails to the two owners/brokers and never heard back. After waiting a week with no reply, I had to go elsewhere. A company that is Non-responsive to old or new clients does not give the client confidence to their professionalism.
2 emails and a phone message left. They FINALLY got back to me about a week after the fact. I would imagine being responsive to inquiries would increase business revenue..sadly, they fell very short
