Hello, The Bailey place insurance is probably fine however DO NOT go to SF PROPERTY GROUP ,LLC. They do not give you your deposit back and they DO NOT help you with issues that you have in your apartment/house. I repeat DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS with SF PROPERTY GROUP.
