Called and scheduled a consultation that was set to occur with Matthew Taylor over questions involving a “subject to” sale of a home and ethical issues I was experiencing between a realtor and title company. After the consult was already scheduled he told his front desk that he’s not going to be available that afternoon now, JUL 3rd, and to reschedule for an entire week later. I asked the Bailey and Peterson firm (Jim Bailey and Payton Martin) to handle a very difficult business case that another firm simply was unable to make any positive progress.
