The employees are all top notch and always great service but the glass cases are disappointing. The soft pouch is not good for eye wear.

I’ve been a loyal Bailey Nelson customer purchasing multiple pairs of glasses and having my eye exams done with them. Recently, while traveling abroad for a few months, I broke my glasses and had to order a temporary replacement online. When I called Bailey Nelson to request my PD measurement, explaining my situation, the associate refused to provide it—despite the fact that, under the Personal Health Information Protection Act, 2004 (PHIPA), opticians are required to give patients access to their measurements, including PD.... read more
