I went to Specsavers Hillcrest Mall for the adjustment of eyeglasses, but unfortunately the Optician is leaving when I got there so one could help me . It's because I have so much pain and discomfort, I tried to go to Bailey Nelson and asked to the Optician , his name is DG, if he can adjust my eyeglasses. He welcomed me and helped me. He is so kind and professional. He is an Outstanding, amazing , knowledgeable Optician. I really have a very good experience here. Thank you very much DG.. I will recommend this place.
Hiva was amazing this location is the best she really helped me out
The optometrist Fatima Syed seems to be in a bit of a rush. I did not think she was as thorough as an eye exam I did previously at Specsavers. She did address my top concern but she forgot to address other concerns I brought up before she asked me to leave. My appointment time was shortened on the spot as she said there was not enough time and asked me to come back at another time for an additional charge. The white assistant/optician with glasses who also helped was very friendly and approachable however. I forgot her name... read more
I went to buy prescription glasses and DG was very helpful. He gave me complete information about the frames and lenses and gave me great advice in choosing the best and most suitable frame. I really liked their service and the quality of their frames, and I am very grateful to DG for his thorough explanations and patience in guiding me.
They didn't take what I said into account.
