I had a fantastic experience at Baylor Nelson! The lady optometrist was very friendly and professional. I will definitely come back to pick more frames, the customer service was amazing.
Unfortunately, the prescription I was given for new eyeglasses and sunglasses was incorrect, and my stigmatism was incorrect. I had to get 2 new sets of glasses at a different eye clinic as my trust was gone. Sometimes the busier place is busy for a reason!
Always a fabulous experience with very attentive staff. I have purchased 5 pairs of glasses in the past three years, and my most recent pair, the lenses were giving my sight difficulty. I stopped wearing them all together. One day I stopped in the store with them just to make sure I wasn’t crazy, and Olivia immediately offered to check them.
