Excellent customer service, staff super helpful and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone looking for some great glasses for really good price. Got myself 3 pairs with my prescription and one of them are sun glasses.
I had a wonderful experience at Bailey Nelson Westboro! The Dr took his time explaining my eye prescription to me and answering all of my questions. The associate, Kim, was so patient and helped me find the perfect glasses! This is my first time needing glasses and I really appreciated that she took the time to explain everything to me. Staff are friendly and helpful, and don't mind giving space for you to shop without feeling pressured. My glasses were done quickly and with good quality. As well they replaced my prior nose pads right in store! No extra cost (current glasses are prior Bailey Nelson ones). I will continue to shop and seek new styles with them
