staff are great, helpful and accommodating. turnaround time was accurate to what I was quoted.
Awesome customer service.
Was told when I showed for my appointment that they do not direct bill for treaty status. They said the portal is down. Very rude customer service in announcing this to me loudly in front of other customers. I walked over to Bonny Kwok and associates next aisle down and the reception confirmed portal is not down and booked me an appointment. Racism feels bad. Just FYI nechis Bailey Nelson Optometry at southcentre mall is racist and will not accept your treaty coverage
I just wanted to express how incredibly professional and compassionate Dr. Sarah Kim was during my visit. She provided exceptional support, genuinely showed that she cared, and went above and beyond to help me find the options I needed. She’s a shining example of what a healthcare professional should be. I’ll definitely be returning to her for my regular eye appointments. Thank you again for such outstanding care!
