Everything was beautiful, from the interior to the customer service. I usually don’t like getting help from sales associates, but I felt like he immediately picked up on that. The Optometrist was amazing. She was very thorough and took the time to explain my prescription. After having a bad experience with another eyewear company, I sought out Bailey Nelson after doing some research. The staff did not fail to meet my needs. They helped me choose frames that suited me well and also adjusted my current glasses so they weren’t so painful to wear until my new glasses arrived. BEWARE! UNBELIEVABLE! They gave me a pair of contacts to use while I wait for my order to come in and its EXPIRED!! One EXPIRED IN APRIL!!! The first trial pair was fine as I still have the box but the pair I picked up just yesterday and one EXPIRED APRIL 2026!!!!?! How can you give people expired products for their eyes! I can get an infection or corneal scratches or worse!!! How do you even still have these in store???
