Dr. Sin was incredibly kind and highly professional. She truly made the entire experience feel very smooth and easygoing. The staff at the store were also incredibly polite and helpful, making the overall visit a wonderful experience. I would definitely highly recommend this place!
I went here because the staff at the Bailey Nelson at the Eaton Centre said my frames couldn’t be fixed and they didn’t have another set of the frames to swap. I was surprised that they couldn’t have at least had the frames shipped from another store. So I went to the RBC plaza and was helped by Leen who is also a technician. She tried to fix the frame and said it might hold for another month or so but decided to just change the frame for me.
