My experience at Bailey Nelson RBC was truly commendable. Dr. Daniel thoroughly examined my eyes and even suggested seeing a specialist for a minor issue that could become serious if left untreated. The staff was incredibly helpful, patient, and accommodating esp during my appt booking and when I had to change it a few times. They were also great at helping me find the perfect frames. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I highly recommend this location for similar needs.

The eye exam itself was great — Dr. Daniel was very informative, thorough, and professional. I had a genuinely positive experience on the clinical side. Unfortunately, everything that followed on the administrative side was extremely frustrating. I was not clearly informed of the total cost of my contact lenses upfront, yet a claim of approximately $200 was submitted to my insurance, using my full two-year coverage without proper confirmation.
