Recently went for my second eye exam and picked out new glasses, such a great experience! The staff were all friendly and helpful. A special shout-out to Steph, who patiently guided me through choosing the perfect pair and gave me fantastic advice.
I need to report on how incredibly helpful and friendly the staff at this location are. I entered in a bit of an SOS moment having lost my left contact lens due to getting dust into my eye. Not having a spare set or my glasses with me, I quickly googled the nearest BN since I’ve had my exams and prescriptions filled at one in the past. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Diana Li for her exceptional care. She is warm, compassionate, and truly attentive. Dr. Li is very thorough, patient, and takes the time to carefully explain every detail about my eye health and conditions, which gave me great confidence and comfort.
