Pleasant experience and l look great (and see great!)
I did not imagine that an optometrist could stand out in the way my experience at Bailey Nelson did. I wish I remembered the name of the woman who assisted me selecting and fitting frames and doing the preliminary exams, as she was a true gem -- thoughtful, curious and attentive, very helpful while also giving me all the space I needed. I have some sensory issues especially pertaining to my eyes, and she was patient and reassuring and had some very helpful coaching. I've had concerns since 2022 or 2023 which wasn't answered by somebody I was seeing, but was answered by Dr. Hailey when i made the appt.. So, thank you very much for seeing me and taking the time to answer my concerns. Eventuallly, picked up my new glasses weeks later and saw this bag, decided to buy one, and have been using it since then. I guess this would make a good present when I visit family back home as some elementary teachers took a liking to the bag
