First, Wrong prescription eyeglasses delivered to me and I needed to wait for another two weeks to get the right one. It was disappointing. Second, my wife ordered contact lenses and she got a promised delivery within 4 to 5 days. Guess what happened- Delivery not fulfilled. We will definitely move to another provider. It seemed that they don’t focus on the Quality aspects of their business.
Great experience here. The lady working Friday the 13th evening was sincerely helpful and made the experience better than most other places I have gone to. I would highly recommend this place for good service and friendly staff
