I’m very satisfied with the service I’ve got the past couple of months from Bailey Nelson Park Royal. The staff members are very helpful and professional and the optometrist is very knowledgeable and friendly.
I had a wonderful experience at Bailey Nelson in Park Royal. From Dr. Morgan Mitchell, the optometrist, to the incredible staff, Fadyha (I hope I’m getting her name right), Tina, and Alborz. everyone treated me with kindness and respect. Their customer service was excellent across the board.
