The service was great. The assistant was super helpful and very knowledgeable.
Good selection and super helpful staff. They said my glasses would take 10-15 business days and they arrive in 6. Their optometrist is super friendly also and explains the entire process. Update from second visit 2025; optometrist is the best I have ever had. Funny, calming and thorough. The ladies at the front are fantastic as well!
I had a small issue with my eye contact order due to a backlog, but the team went above and beyond to help me. They were very professional and super friendly. This is my neighborhood Bailey Nelson store, and I always come here for prescriptions and contacts. First time I ever had an issue, and they handled it perfectly. Highly recommend this location!
