I had my first appointment today with BN and it was so amazing! The girls up front, Sue and Laurie, were the sweetest and SO helpful. I had a smile on my face the whole time there and left feeling so good and happy about getting to go back in a couple weeks to pick up my new glasses! Dr. Tsai was also incredible, so thorough and explained everything so well to me! Loved every second of it there ☺️
I visited here recently and I must say first Class. Amazing services, very friendly staff, lovely lovely doctor, Dr. Tsai . Services appreciated.🤗♥️
The optometrist Dr. Tsai is AMAZING!!! The staff here are also incredible. Highly recommend coming in for your eye exams and contact lens here. I purchased 2 pairs of glasses and had a wonderful experience the whole way through. I was indecisive and tried all the glasses on -- the employees were patient and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process.
Dr Chai is the best and her staff and customer service team are always helpful knowledgeable and super friendly. No issues with pricing - their eye checkup starts from 99$ and for people with no benefits that’s very affordable. There is always some kind of sale or promo happening too so you can save money on frames ! Got a sweet sale Price on sunglasses and the next day I got an email coupon for another 50$ off.
