Had a great experience here, the whole team was professional and friendly. I was early to my appointment, was greeted and taken in early. The team explained everything in great detail which made my decisions more informed which I appreciate. They were able to direct bill my insurance too which is always appreciated. Can’t wait for my new glasses and will be back in the future for my eyesight needs!!
Came in today with my mom to look for my first pair of glasses. Allison was so nice and made the entire process so easy. I had been shopping all day at other glasses stores in the mall and none had as good service as Bailey Nelson. Thank you Allison for being to lovely!!
Great service & quality product!!! 10/10
There is a lovely optician here named Manaz. She’s like an angel from heaven.
