Excellent service and quality products. Dr. Bhanot's exams were thorough and she offered very insightful advice for glasses and contact lenses best-suited for my profession (I'm a photographer). Mark provided us with superb customer support and helped us navigate a complex benefits claim. Highly recommended!

While the customer service was really pleasant there are a few things I was unhappy about. I was sold the specs from the rack and not a new set. After I paid off they told me they are sanitizing and giving me a new set! By that time there was not much I could’ve said. Anyway when I came back 1 frame has scratches on it. But that said really nice styles.
Ru provided excellent customer service the moment I walked in. She had great product knowledge and answered all my questions promptly. She deserves a big bonus!
