Lovely team, not pushy for sales (but a great range of frames if you need them). Very helpful explaining the findings and how to look after my eyes at home. Found my new regular optometrist!
Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Megan. I was browsing for new glasses and she went above and beyond to help me. She was incredibly friendly and made the whole experience so enjoyable. Hands down some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you Megan!
The sales assistant was a bit rude. I popped in the shop just a few minutes before the opening with the goal to buy a pair of sunnies I had seen before in that shop. It was weeks I was waiting to buy them, but never had time since I work 9-17.30. The sales assistant was clearly bothered about that and it made me feel not welcomed.
