This is a wonderful optometry clinic. They have a beautiful selection of glasses. They have a few small frames, especially the. “Jane” frame. The staff, especially Raya and Andy (sorry if I spelled them wrong!) are personable and knowledgable The frames are also very affordable and high-quality. I definitely recommend Bailey Nelson at Coquitlam Centre!

The sales ladies where helpful but the customer service thats another story. I ordered my sons glasses at Bailey Nelson coquitlam branch, sales lady said it would take a week to arrive. When it did arrive sales man called me and said the lad gave then the wrong size lens and would not fit the chosen frames. He said he would put it as a rush order and would take 4 days. Had to get my 5 year old glasses, and we were able to finish our search here. Andy was able to help us find the perfect frames and we walked away with a pair of sunglasses and 2 pair of prescription glasses ordered. Great experience!!! Andy was phenomenal
