The staff especially Andie and Rae are always so friendly and helpful and the quality of the frames, lenses etc is excellent. Also great to have an Optometrist in house so you can get everything you need in one spot 7 days a week.
The service quality and product knowledge was astounding despite the retail service worker being new to the job. Great work!
From entry to exit I loved every second of this visit. Very knowledgeable, kind, and patient in explaining everything as you go along. Dr. Bhalla was so great and just very personable. Andie and Chris were also incredibly inviting and helpful with frames and conversations! Definitely my new go to optometry!! Thank you guysalso big time win is it’s a queer inclusive space 🫶
Very thorough, very professional, very helpful, very friendly. I would highly recommend Bailey Nelson Coquitlam Centre across from Apple Store next to Browns Shoes to anyone.
