A very professional and comfortable surroundings. The people that were helping with the frames and checking me in for an eye exam we're top notch. The style of frames is not my cup of tea but I went for the eye exam which I thought was professional and very thorough they could find issues with your eyes beyond just being near or farsighted
Fast, professional and courteous service. I was very pleased with my eye exam by Dr. Sylvia Chai, and with the check-in and payment procedures. I was never pressured to also order glasses. Overall a very positive experience.
I am very happy with Bailey Nelson's service. They were very professional, gave ne a new prescription which, in conjunction with new glasses, has definitely improved my ability to see. The cost of a new pair was very reasonable, and their staff were very professional and gave ne good advice.
I had a great experience with Dr. Sylvia. She was extremely thorough, attentive, and took the time to answer all my questions patiently. She also provided very useful advice regarding my eye care. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful and caring optometrist!
