Ordered windows in December. Was promised 6 weeks. Understand delays happen to an extent. However it’s now March 25th and I’m being told for a 6th time that my delivery is “pushed back another week” Last week my windows were “being loaded on the truck as we speak” now miraculously, they aren’t built yet and are delayed yet another week. Caught them in a Lie as to when they actually put my order in compared to when I actually ordered from the sales rep. Have it documented.
