If I didn't live in a development and pay for HOA, I'd choose another company or do it myself. When they trim the bushes (which could be better), they step on other flowers and "accidentally" move some ornaments and don't bother putting them back! The other year, they disconnected my extension on the spouting and didn't put it back. They also left bushes block the air conditioner and side entrance to the garage. Jeff yelled at me degrading me in front of entire development at highlands, made me feel bad calling off sick very rude very mean very unprofessional they do bad work too just get it done so we get paid there's no quality work here it's get it done quick and well go back 5 times to fix it if we have to. Jeff called me nasty nasty things glad i got another job
