Attempted Theft, let me explain. When they initially quoted me I was told the price would be between 110 and 130. We agreed upon an arrival time 9:00 am. I told them that I had a hard stop at 11:30am. They arrived at 9:40, and did not complete the work until 11:35. Then they changed the price to $170.00.
