This place has sent us to court TWICE over rent that wasn't paid for one month during financial hardship once, which they immediately dropped only wasting their own money in court fees. Then they sent a second one only about 8 months later for a check THEY lost. Do not rent here. The manager on sight is nice but has no power. Do you want mold, mildew, and homeless people screaming outside your window? Look no further! You've found your home! I moved in and immediately found the apartment had mold and mildew- minutes after the apartment manager "inspected" it. I was told I had to wait a week for it to be taken care of. Found mold in the dishwasher in the meantime- cleaned that myself. Pricey ( but what place isnt in eugene isnt!) both the office staff and maintenance workers are good people and prompt when you need help, the community is really good at looking out for people and things that dont belong with in these two complexes. The two pools are a personal favorite for my family. Decently located to get to restraunts and downtown ( usually a 10 minute drive)
