This apartment complex is disgusting. They spend more money on the grounds then they do on their apartments. The people that live here are nasty. They allow homeless people to stay in their rented apartments and nothing is done about it. Management is horrible. People leave their broken down vehicles here.
This place has sent us to court TWICE over rent that wasn't paid for one month during financial hardship once, which they immediately dropped only wasting their own money in court fees. Then they sent a second one only about 8 months later for a check THEY lost. Do not rent here. The manager on sight is nice but has no power.
