Working with Susan was so easy. She showed me exactly the properties I'd asked for and helped me through the entire process. I hadn't a lot of experience buying/selling real estate, so she was really a godsend. Highly recommend her!

Susan is a fantastic realtor. She met all of our expectations and then some. She was incredibly responsive, answered question with precise and specific details that helped us find the right home. Susan was flexible with her availability and times to meet. Susan offered sound advice and thoughtful considerations. She has a unique ability to connect with people I Couldn’t send her a higher recommendation.

Susan is absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond throughout the entire process, taking the time to explain everything clearly and always looking out for my best interests. She truly advocates for her clients and makes you feel supported every step of the way. If you're buying or selling a home in the Eugene/Springfield area, I highly recommend Susan Heisey. You won't find a more dedicated, knowledgeable, and caring Realtor!

She was a good counsel when I negotiated the deal and when it ran into a couple of hiccups from the buyers side of the transaction she stayed on top of the evolving circumstanc... read more
