Don't even waste your time calling, because the secretary answering the phone does not know what she is doing and is trying to resolve the issue at hand on her own without even referring you to an attorney that is qualified to answer the question.

I didn’t get help at all of my daughter’s case. Their detective said no one in the house when police told me he has a bodycam and police report number that my daughter live in the same Plano house. Once they know I found my daughter, in the same day I was on the call with Teresa she agreed with me she’s going to help me file modification of my case and next day , she said she received my email because I thought the modification can have personal serve directly to my ex husband.
